• Delegate registration by post or emailUpon request, invitations will be sent out via email; delegates can then pre-register onto the event directly to Naked Events. If any fees are due from delegates, they are payable directly to you. Naked Events submit a full delegate list to you 21 days prior to the event, amendments are advised accordingly thereafter.
• **On-Site Management / and RegistrationWe can be present on the day to ensure that your whole event schedule runs smoothly.

• Personal Account ManagerUpon your first enquiry or instruction, a Naked Events Account Manager will immediately and thereafter take care of you, all your booking needs and day to day challenges. We are your first and only necessary point of contact in relation to all your meeting / events needs. You will receive regular contact and organised visits from us when either necessary or required.
• Evaluation / feed back formsUpon request, Naked Events will design a simple delegate feedback form, these are created to provide you with a full overview of the end result and clearly indicate its success rate. This is a powerful tool that can be used for future events to ensure success and satisfaction. The forms can be emailed prior to the event to all delegates or handed out on the event day at break / lunch time. Delegates are usually quite happy to share their views.
• Rooming listsIn relation to a conference/meeting booking with accommodation attached, we will ensure that accurate rooming lists are sent to the venue on time
• Conference de-brief meetingUpon request, ie; if the meeting to be held is large, complicated or of specific importance, (VIP’s attending), an onsite meeting can held with the ‘Operations Teams’, (the Operations team is the management team based at the venue that will be responsible for you on the day) this is to ensure all departments are fully briefed and prepared - prior to event. We can attend this meeting or arrange one on your behalf.
• Overnight AccommodationFor groups of 5 delegates or more Naked Events will quickly search for a suitable hotel and negotiate the best rates on your behalf. For rooms of 4 or less - We work closely with Active Hotels, a very successful organisation designed to offer fast and accurate availability with the best rates – Click on the ACCOMMODATION link above.
• Programme activity planningOur partners, Life Events, are a highly recommended activity planning service.
• Event Print WorkFor any generic print work in relation to the event, eg delegate welcome packs, programs, schedules, invitations, maps, name badges, menus, information / literature etc. which the venue do not include. We liaise with you, help with design and work with accredited suppliers who offer quality print work.
• Speaker ManagementWe can provide you with an array of reliable, registered and recommended speakers to select from.
• Gift and promotional ideas and materialsWe have various ideas if you wish to make your event special or thank a certain person with a sentimental offering. We can recommend suppliers…..
• Event Equipment Hire and AVWe have a tried and tested list of accredited suppliers who we work with and can recommend. From AV needs, Video and Slide production, Video conferencing, Roving microphones … through to Stage, Set, design & build.
• Transport organisation and co-ordinationLimo hire, pick-up services, chauffer drivers, mini buses, luxury coaches – again we can list and work with reliable suppliers.
• CaterersIf catering is needed, we have UK contacts and can gain info for you upon request.
